The breakfast experience proved somewhat lengthy. It took 40 minutes to prepare two simple omelets, even though we were the only guests present at 8:00 am. There was no elevator available, made carrying luggage difficult. i thought this should have been communicated upfront. the lack of elevator, slow omelet preparation

i appreciated the smooth taxi drop-off and departure. the rooms are quite large and provide a relaxing atmosphere after exploring the city. the provided mattress was surprisingly comfortable. the staff showed great kindness and a willingness to help.

the staff was friendly and the building had beautiful decor.
Our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. this wasn't mentioned in the listing, a problem. breakfast was strictly vegetarian. I expect more options like bacon and sausages in portugal. it should have been disclosed that the kitchen is vegetarian.
